Nickelodeon has revealed the nominees for its annual slime-filled Kids’ Choice Awards, with over 50 first-time nominees from across the worlds of film, television, music, sports and more!


Nominees in the Favorite Asian Act category are ENHYPEN, Iman Troye, NiziU, SB19 and Tiara Andini. In the Global category, BLACKPINK has been nominated as Global Music Star.


First-time international nominees include Halle Bailey, Austin Butler, Sabrina Carpenter, Kai Cenat, Timothée Chalamet, Luke Combs, Ariana DeBose, Ayo Edebiri, Ryan Gosling, Reneé Rapp, Margot Robbie, Paul Rudd, among others. Leading the pack with six nods is Taylor Swift, followed by Olivia Rodrigo, Miley Cyrus and Beyoncé, with four nominations each. Musical performances and presenters will be announced at a later date.


Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2024 will take place on Saturday, July 13, hosted live by SpongeBob SquarePants (voiced by Tom Kenny) and Patrick Star (voiced by Bill Fagerbakke) from their undersea home of Bikini Bottom. The Slime-filled, immersive broadcast marks the first time animated characters will host a full-length awards show, and commences an array of multiplatform initiatives for one of the most popular characters and beloved animated series of all time.


The Kids Choice Awards (KCA) is created just for kids, giving them the power to support and vote for their favorites across various categories including movies, television, music, sports and more. KCA will continue to put kids and families in control as they are transported to the

biggest party of the summer in Bikini Bottom. This year’s show will feature enhanced graphics, high-tech motion capture and augmented reality, fun celebrity collaborations and stunts as Nickelodeon celebrates SpongeBob SquarePants’ special birthday, and of course – Nickelodeon’s signature orange blimp award and epic slimings!


In Asia, the Kids’ Choice Awards 2024 show will air on the anniversary of the SpongeBob series, which launched in 1999. Catch the Kids’ Choice Awards 2024 show on Nickelodeon on July 17, at 3:00PM SGT. Encore telecasts on July 18 at 11:30AM SGT and on July 20 at 11:55AM SGT. The show will also telecast on Paramount+ internationally, where the service is available.
